A game similar in concept to Wackamole where the player has to hit avocados on the head before they go back into their holes teaches students to practice inhibitory control.
Aim of the game
As avocados pop, players must crush them into guacamole. An increasing complex set of rules indicate which avocados can be crushed and which should be left alone.
I designed 6 different scenes which players could move through. As players moved through levels more complicated characters were introduced, speed increased and thus became more challenging.
Players are given an average score through in the form of percentages. Success and failures are clearly show to help them see where to improve.
Different types of avocados (stimuli) require different actions (reaction) forcing players to think twice before smashing them over the head.
